A Healthy Breakfast.

Hey guys! Just going to share with you one of my fave healthy breakfasts.

First of all I have two bits of Weetabix and some of the JORDAN Country Crisp with raspberries. They also do strawberries but raspberries are my favourite out of the two red berries. I then grab some locally picked fresh strawberries and wash them up to add to my cereal. It is such a nice and filling breakfast!


As a snack if you are having one of those days where you can't stop eating, I am having one of those days today! craving everything lol. :p Go and drink some water. I know you are probably thinking noooo way, but seriously go give it a go whenever you feel hungry for a snack! A big glass of water always fills me up and water is really good for you.


As another snack or you want lunch but not a massive meal. Make a healthy smoothie!:) You will need some frozen fruits to your liking. A mixer of some sort, some fruit juice and water. 
Today I have chosen some mango chunks and orange juice. I love orange and mango together.





This is what it looks like after adding the fruit, juice and some water. Give it a mix - if it gets stuck you have to often mix the fruit with a spoon to get it out from under the metal mixer. Or you can leave the mango for ten/fifteen minutes to get smoother.

And there you go! you can have alot of fun with this, you can add the smoothie to some fat free/sugar free yogurts (tastes sooo good!) you can add strawberries or more fruit to!
